- 2 Shots Espresso (Hot)
- 1 ½ Shots Patron or Herradura Silver Tequila
- 2 Tbls Chocolate Syrup
Directions: Serving:
Place chocolate syrup in the bottom and along the sides of a rocks glass. Pour in hot espresso, pour in tequila, stir, and serve on a plate with dark chocolate chunks. You can also make it fancier by using curled and shredded dark chocolate flakes! | | Ginger Cosmo Ginger Cosmo – I just love redheads!
- 1 ½ oz. Vodka Mandarin
- ¾ oz. Cranberry juice
- ¾ oz. Cointreau
- 1 oz. Lime juice
- 2-3 pieces of candied ginger
Directions: Pour Vodka, Cointreau, Cranberry and Lime juice into a cocktail shaker
half full of ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass and serve
with 3 pieces of candied ginger, one in the glass, one on the rim and maybe skewered on a long stirrer resting on top of the glass. Keep a few on the side for occasional dunking.

This is a true favorite! Clean simple and refreshing.
- 1/3 Cranberry Juice
- 2/3 Club Soda
- 1 Lime Slice
- 7 Large Ice Cubes
- Splash of Rose Lime Juice
Directions: Add all but the club soda into shaker with ice. Gently shake and pour into a Hi-Ball glass. Add club soda, garnish with a slice of lime, 1 stir and serve!
